• Assorted Mini Empanadas with Chipotle Mayonnaise (bake for 10 minutes in 400F oven)

• Tortilla Chips with Pico de Gallo Salsa

• Tortilla Baskets with Citrus Braised Chicken

Dinner:

• Carne Enchorizada

  (ground sirloin stewed with Tropical + seasonal vegetables and lots of Latin spices).

• Nicaraguan Fried Rice

• Black Beans

• Encortido Salad (cabbage, tomato, scallion + Poblano pepper slaw in vinaigrette)

• Sangria (+ $10)
