ABOUT US Growing up in New York, I learned to create traditional Latin dishes in my mother's kitchen and developed a great love for the art of entertaining. As a film executive in L.A. I combined my two passions and began entertaining friends and colleagues with home cooked meals at my place. It became a habit, and only grew when I returned home to NYC a few years back. Soon I was known for throwing intimate dinner parties with eclectic groups, lively conversation and extraordinary meals. The feedback was electrifying and I was having more fun than I could ever imagine. With lots of demand, suddenly, a business was hatched! We will help you create the perfect event: whether you are hosting an intimate dinner for ten or a cocktail reception for 300. No matter what you need, or where, we provide festive and creative food in a fun and warm environment! With high demand for our signature "empanadas", a casa now has a successful line of frozen foods available in fine gourmet stores in NYC. Great food transcends local taste.
